Over the past 30 years, Joe has built and rebuilt go to market efforts for Lotus, IBM, OpenText, Novell and Sonus Networks where he led a variety of sales and marketing teams ranging in size from as small as a startup to as large as $1 billion. Joe is a graduate of Dartmouth College and is married with three children. Joe joined MVP as the new Vice President of Business Development prior to becoming President & CEO. At MVP, Joe focuses on New Market Opportunities, Sales & Marketing, and Business Strategy.
Rod spent nine years on Wall Street doing private equity & debt financing as well as M&A, followed by five years as the Chief Financial Officer of City Sports, a venture-backed chain of sporting goods stores. He currently is CFO for Jennus Innovation, and he runs the business operations of two independent schools. On top of his duties as CFO, Rod also serves on the board of MVP, PLT4M, and Polis. Rod received a B.A. from Stanford and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. At MVP, Rod focuses on Finance and Operations.
John spent twelve years in R&D and project planning at Atlantic Richfield before moving to a research position at Thayer School of Engineering. He proposed to Thayer School the development project centered on the mobile tackling target concept, and has been the faculty advisor through its evolution to MVP. John graduated with honors with a B.A. in Engineering Sciences from Dartmouth, and received his B.E. and M.S. in Engineering from Thayer School. At MVP, John focuses on Project Management, Intellectual Property Development, and Research.
Quinn is a graduate of Dartmouth College where he captained the rugby team to an undefeated season and an Ivy League Championship. After graduating from Dartmouth with a B.E. from Thayer School of Engineering, Quinn designed whitewater parks for Colorado-based engineering firm Mclaughlin Whitewater Design Group. Quinn went on to be Head Coach at World Class Academy, where he taught Calculus, Physics, and Media Productions where he was an integral part of developing curriculum, logistics, and mentoring students. At MVP, Quinn focuses on Prototype & Product Development and Business Strategy.
Ryan was a captain of the Dartmouth football team, leading them to an Ivy League Championship in 2015. Ryan was a two-time All-Ivy pick at both wide receiver and punt returner. He was also selected as Academic All-District, Academic All-Ivy Honors, and as a semifinalist for the William V. Campbell Trophy. As an undergraduate, Ryan co-founded Jennus Innovation and was successfully awarded an athletic shoe patent. At MVP, Ryan focuses on Sales, Marketing, and Business Strategy.
James has over 20 years of experience developing and delivering complex embedded, real-time systems tocustomers. Working as a contractor around the DC area, James built a reputation at rapidly identifying and solving complex customer problems. James is also an avid RC enthusiast, designing, building, driving, and flying RC vehicles, including homemade multi-rotor copters with custom auto-pilots. At MVP, James focuses on Control Systems Integrations & New Product Development.
Todd J. Seniff is a retired Navy Captain with thirty years of service as a Navy SEAL. Todd has commanded at every level both in the United States and forward in worldwide operational Theaters, led tactical, operational and strategic organizations in combat in Iraq, Afghanistan and the high seas, built purpose-driven task forces from scratch, as well as served on Navy, Joint, Special Operations and Embassy staffs of every echelon in the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Europe and the Pentagon. His education includes undergraduate work at the University of Vermont and Trinity College, Oxford University, a Master’s degree from the Naval War College and executive education at The Kennedy School, Harvard University and Tuck Business School, Dartmouth College.
